I have been researching and developing a self-compassion-based program for new parents in the perinatal period as a childbirth and parenting preparation so that they can be compassionate to themselves even in a challenging period. I will continue my research and educational activities, aiming to cultivate a compassionate society where all parents can confidently raise their children.

My research focuses on medical support and parental involvement in developing self-care by patients with chronic illnesses in childhood. I aim to promote healthcare and nursing that empower not only children with illnesses or disabilities but also their entire families, enabling them to harness their strengths and grow together. I am committed to research and educational activities to achieve this goal.
